Monitorable Indicators :

The expected
output is generation of bio manure to
the tune of Rs 46.25 Lakhs in the 1st
Year. The estimated operating surplus
would be generated to the tune of Rs 121
Lakhs in 10 years and after 5 year the
project would replicate the similar
interventions in the other village from
the generated surplus revenue.

Implementation Arrangements
And Partnerships
:

Women Self Help Groups would be formed
at the village level and oversee the
day-to-day operations of the physical
activities at the site. Excel Industries
would facilitate the transfer of
technology and provide technical
assistance during the project
implementation where as VRTI would
mobilize the community.
