Evolution of self-sustainable
cooperative (Gobar Bank) that would
provide biogas in the 80 BPL families
home on a regular basis.

Implementation Arrangements And Partnerships
-
Gram Sabha would be organized and then
cooperative society shall be formed to
implement the project components. Gram
Panchayat would be allocating the land
for setting up of the plant. SFT would
act as a facilitator& an interface
between village community & Govt. SFT
will also arrange for expert technical
guidance. SFT will act in these roles
throughout the period of 2 yrs, as the
project is expected to become
self-sustainable.
