SHRAM YOGI YOJANA

• Objective of Shramyogi
  • It aims at raising the five poorest families of every village in the state below the poverty line.
• Gramsevak will identify five shramyogies from the village who are poorest among the poor.
• Gramsabha approval is compulsory for identified beneficiaries.
• The five benefits to be accrued by the beneficiaries of the scheme include
  • Daily wage employment for 150 days in a year
    Housing
  • Housing under government scheme.
  • Kinder garden for kids and distribution of sapling.
  • Skill upgradation training
  • Small Cattle
• In order to avail of the benefits, the beneficiaries must meet the following requirements.
  • Attend the village gram sabhas
  • Enroll their children in schools
  • Vaccinate their children
  • Practice family planning
  • Give up addiction and vices.
